The college has to arrange more companies for campus recruitment . College Placement cell has arrange skill development programs for the students in required areas. The senior and experienced facilities has to be sustained. The hostel food quality has to be monitored periodically to maintain the quality and hygiene. Appoint some regular doctor inside the campus for both college students and hostel students.

I have prepared for TANSET exam and got a seat in Adhiyamaan College of Engineering. My score was 41 out of 100. In Tamil Nadu, we have seat for MBA in TANSET exam Government Quota. Students from Tamil Nadu can write this exam and separate seats are available for TANSET candidates in every College in Tamil Nadu. I preferred this college because it is in border of Tamil Nadu and Kanna taka. There are more job opportunities available in Bangalore. I have checked with my friends who were already studying in that college.

College offered course with major and minor electives. They offered electives Finance and Human Resource management, Human Resource management and Marketing, Marketing and Human Resource management, Management Information System and Human Resource management. The students has to select any of these course. We have trimester pattern during our course and each trimester has Six papers. The course duration is two years. In trimester pattern we the opportunity to learn more subjects that will cover knowledge. the faculties has to cover the syllbus within the allotted hours for each subjects.

The college don't provide any internship programme . The students are allowed to approach the companies directly for internship programme based on their electives. The faculties will guide you and the periodic report about the internship programme has to be submitted.

The college have a separate placement cell and they prepare a brochure about the students and their details. The placement cell approached many companies for campus recruitment process. We got campus interview from some core companies and some insurance companies. The package offered by the core companies was 3.5 laksh per annum and insurance companies offered 3 lakhs per annum. They select 35 candidates out of 110.

The students are given opportunities to participate in inter college activities like Management quiz, Role play, One minute manager, brand creation. We had guest lectures every month. We conducted "Marketing Feast 2008" in our college, here the students are ask to from different teams and each team will choose some different products on their own and setup shop. The event attract all other departments students and staffs to participate and bag a big name. The students participate acquired knowledge Management, leadership skills, Marketing skills and team work. We conducted inter college Management festival which consists of Brand Quiz, paper presentation, Role play, New product development, Bring the Entrepreneur with in you.

The college have different fee structure for each category of the student based on the Admission Quota. I got through TANSET Quota and the yearly fee Rs.60,000 /- and exam fees are separate. For guest lectures and other events they collect fee from the students. For management Quota the fee structure is one lakhs per annum.

The college offer bank educational loan facility for eligible students. The students can apply for Tamil Nadu Government scholarship and it will be paid by the Government based on Quota.

The college has a well established campus for Management studies, Engineering, Arts and Science, Sports college and teacher training. Students from all over India studied in our college. The students of the same department have participated in different students Association. The college has NCC, Rotery club and social welfare activities. The students from different state mingle and participated all the events. Inside the college campus all the students are treated in the equal manner. The college does not allow any religious, political interference inside the college and the among the students. The dress code was strictly maintained among the students and the faculties. Each class consists of maximum 60 students and the rest room facilities maintain in a well manner. The college maintain a well discipline among the students and any informal activities are strictly prohibited. The students have a monthly counselling, to find out the difficulties in learning,quality of facilities provided, infrastructure facilities and any other problems faced by the students are identified and improving the management. The students are given opportunities to organise cultural events and other social welfare activities. The students selected based on the sport talents given coaching and allowed them to participate in inter college events, state level events and National level events. The college has a separate Cricket club, Hockey club and Athletic club to bring more talents in Sports activities.

The college had a good hostel facilities and they offered rooms with attached toilet facility. In a room three students are allowed to stay. They have hot water facility and laundry services. The hostel had separate mess for South Indian and North Indian students . Both vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food are available in the hostel canteen. The hostel room with coat and study table provide for each student and book shelves are available. For the hostel students they arranged a Internet room, students can utilise the facility. The hostel had a separate gym for the students. There is a separate hostel for first year students. The hostel students can utilise the cricket pitch, hockey pitch and running ground.

Every year we have the alumni meet and the alumni shared their experience in areas about job searching ,current opportunities and areas to focus. During the Alumni meet current batch student get their doubts clarified. The senior student share the contact details for any further assistance. The new batch students get a clear view about the job market and the opportunities available in the outside world.

We had weekly test and monthly exams and final the trimester exam. The faculties covered the syllabus on time, so it help us to score good results. We have labs during the first and second trimester. We had six trimester in our course curriculum. The fifth trimester had a mini project and the sixth trimester main project.

The TANSET examination announcements will be available in in the Tamil Nadu newspapers and online after March of every year . The candidate has to take Demand draft or download the challen from TANSET exam website. Pay the amount and get the reference number and apply online. Take a photo copy of the form completed and required photo copy of the documents like UG mark sheet, other required certificates photo copies and send all the required documents through courier. You will get the hall ticket through courier. After scrutinizing the application exam board will send the hall ticket to the eligible candidates through courier.
