My College My Experiences.

I chose Civil Engineering as I was quite interested in the particular course and also because of government job opportunities. The faculty: student ratio is Around 20-25 faculty 160 students. The minimum qualification for teaching is Mtech and for lab assistants it is btech. The college will follow its own regulations in terms of teaching. Both practical and theory related will be in the same semester for a better understanding of subjects. There will be two-semester which have 1 External exam, and 2 internals exams, the first internal be held with 2 and half months start of the course and the next before the start of the external exams of the semester. The external exam will be at the end of one semester which has 6 months duration. The exams will be more of a problem in nature and one needs to have a good idea of the entire syllabus of the subject to pass the exam.

In the seventh semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. There will be many MNC companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Genpact, Cognizant etc. The highest package is 8 LPA and the average salary package is 3-4 LPA. The percentage will quite vary every time, but all eligible students will get the job who meet the company requirements. After getting my degree my plan is to do a master's as I was interested.

The fee structure is now hiked because of more campus placements and also improved lab facilities and more qualified faculty. Scholarship by the government of AP is a Fee Remuberisment scheme. Financial assistance is 35000 Rs per year. I was not interested in campus placements as I focused on the gate exam

The cultural fest is held every three years, the tech fest is held every year, and other fests are held within their department. There will be a central library that will have books textbooks and also of competitive exams books, but less technical journals. There will be a ground for sports also their games conducted on campus.

The minimum eligibility for the course is to pass the Intermediate examination along with EAMCET entrance exam need to be qualified for availingof the scholarship. Without qualifying EAMCET exam still one can get into this college under management quota. The fee details admission procedure other information will be found on official website RGMCET . I availed the scholarship benefits from the Andhra Pradesh government as I was eligible and college also accepted the scholarship. Admission procedure for EAMCET qualified students it will be mostly by government so need of big changes.
