Entrance Preview

The entrance exam is mandatory for all the students to get admission letter from the college. The entrance tests the students on various levels and based on their ranks/performances, they are allowed to pursue course from the college. I was very excited when I got the admission offer letter from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is detail oriented in every form and has the practical approach towards all its applications. The teaching is done using new and different methods to instill the process of learning. The people from industry comes from time to time to share their experiences and gives guest lectures also.

Placement Experience

The companies from all the field visits the college during placement time. Not only IT firms, but a lot of management firms need computer graduates in their companies and usually match their offers with that of the IT firms, so that the students consider their offer seriously and would want to select them over the IT firms.

Campus Life

Infrastructure of the college is at par in compared to other colleges and students are offered all the resources so that they are able to survive in the field and learn new things as well. They motivates and inspires students by also offering them places and grounds to play and go to gym to become fit.

The faculty members are truly dedicated to their fields and have shown their working experience in the industry similar to the teaching experience and one must find them extremely amazing to connect with and share their experiences and learn from them apart from the core regular studies.

Typically in the TY i.e from 6 sem college provide placement but with the some criteria, but i felt that for BCA there is no placement, just for name purpose The college does not good provide I.V. we have visited once for I.V (industrial visit) that i felt that is picnic more instead of industrial visit so over all this is also only for name purpose

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because game development seemed facinating to me. But after studying for few months, I lost my interest completely. The method of teaching is TRASH. Faculty : student ration is 1:30. For the Pune branch only 1 exam will be conducted at the end of the each sem(6 semesters = 6 exams) i.e end semester exam. Questions are asked from what is taught in the class or from given study material

My experience of on-campus and online learning is adventurous

Placement Experience:

In my department, final year students are eligible for campus placements with no backlogs and a good score. A student should have at least 60% to get placed. We are lucky to have companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and many more for our placements. It's not easy to get placed but college helps with aptitude, personality development and improves our English communication too.

Remarks:

pune University has a detailed syllabus to study and it gives chance for both management and technical stream. I like the faculty and studies. the staff is very helpful. It has a STP( student training program) for student which helps in aptitude knowledge.

The college life sucks but its okay you have fun too

The application process for little hard . In application process you need to bring all the documents in order to apply. And the cut off went high of mhtcet exam . There were no aspects that i didn't liked because all were necessary process The eligibility of the course is 10+2 and plus entrance exam The application form for this course you can find on cet cell website. The fees for application form is upto 500 as per category . Application dates are released from few weeks form results. The frequency of this exam is once a year and timing of exam is held in 2 batches morning and afternoon. Their difficult level matches the importance of this exam...Read More
