What Students Say
Likes
- The freedom of attendance, attendance isn't compulsory so one can get sufficient time for preparing different exams
- Less competitive, the college still lacks smart brains so less competition leads to more opportunities
- The faculty, very helpful in every situation
Dislikes
- The cafeteria is too much overpriced and the quality of food is doubtful
- Lack of information, students have to be attentive by themselves or else they won't be be notified about opportunities
- No clubs and societies, one must struggle to find its peer and generate a healthy circle.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was a commerce IP student with a great interest in tech and didn't have the option to opt for btech so I opted for BCA instead. Here in Subodh, the teachers are friendly, but the quality of education varies from teacher to teacher. Like some of the teachers are way good at their job focusing on every student but some are just pathetic in terms of teaching. There are a total of 2 CIAs and a FINAL EXAM and the level was kind of average, one could have passed them by studying for a week or so.
Fees and Financial Aid
Their wasn't any fee hike during my enrollment, the fee structure is divided into 4 parts comprising 26500 each + exclusive of Examination fee it costs around 80,000-1,00,000 for doing bca from this college.
Campus Life
The annual fest is termed as the freshers and farewell in the college and happens in the month of April, the tech fest i.e technique happened last month and was phenomenal we had a lot of fun with entries from 18+ colleges. There are two libraries, central and department, both are well equipped and decent but the availability of books depends on the duration, during exams it's hard to issue the books. The classrooms are kind of average not that good but work. I'm not into sports personally but the college has a well-maintained ground with a decent gym as well. Unfortunately, there aren't any clubs in the college yet. but we freshers are trying to get them up by this year.
Admission
The admission process was simple you just need to submit a registration form, there wasn't any specific entrance exam. It was totally based on your 12th percentage, students below 8 cgpa weren't eligible for the course, you must be an 8+ for seeking admission in this college. As an improvement, it could be better if they update students via different sources as well as the only channel of communication is their website.
Other Applied Colleges
