College review

The admission process was very smooth, I took a visit to the university and talk to the faculty members and Dean of my department i.e SOMS and with the guidance of the Dean, I choose my course and still pursuing it. Scholarships are also provided according to the results and some other criteria.

Dr. Sunil Roy , the Dean of the SOMS department guided me and took my interview during the admission process and suggested the best possible career courses with his help of him I took the course BBA in Financial markets and it is very interesting and knowledgeable. There are many opportunities in this field. The teaching staff is also very supportive and cooperative. They have a combination of experiences i.e corporate and industrial. And the curriculum is also not very difficult, a student can easily clear all the exams.

I will talk about my internship I receive an internship in a tax department where I worked under the CA and filed the income tax returns of the clients and learn the corporate culture during the offline mode and i also received a stipend of Rs. 5k per month. I have worked under the project "All India ITR" where the main tasks is to handle the clients and file the income tax returns.

Placements are provided by the university itself, if one's wants to take or finds by himself or herself then they or can. After completing this degree I'll prefer for MBA program. By doing an MBA we can have a wider scope also.

My average cost is up to 3-4 lakhs, and scholarship is also provided according to 12th class percentage and on various other aspects, for example, I am a citizen of Haryana so I have received a scholarship under the Haryana girl child policy also. And placements and internships are also provided, the last internship I received is from a taxation department and an offline-based internship which helps me to learn about corporate culture I worked under CA and filed the income tax returns of clients.

Fest is conducted in the university, recently jashn-y-asu is conducted and dandia event and many other events happen every month and on specific occasions also, sports day is also celebrated, competitions are also there and students participated with full enthusiasm and in the library, there is access to all the types of books and journals, we can also get the soft copy and we have an official group of Rotaract of our University which takes care of society and have a target towards the betterment of the society.
