About my college

Eligibility for the course when I join the course in my college is pass marks in HSC that's all. When you enter the college for the first time to get admission they allocate one faculty with you he/she will take care of the rest of the processes like the application form, etc. I received all reservation benefits like minorities scholarships that government provide. Faculty will assist you with that but you have to take the first step.

I chose Electrical and Electronics Engineering because at that time I see my future as Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Employee but now I am working in IT. Speaking about the student: faculty ratio faculties are providing a friendly environment on campus until the limit is breached. In my department, most of the faculties have done an M.E in various streams, and some of the faculties have also done Ph.D. in their respective industries. The teaching method in my college simply mostly depends on textbooks only and practicals are very interesting. There is a semester exam system in my college. Because it's an autonomous college exam is so easy if you clear all internals without getting low scores semester exams are so easy for you.

Most students who placed earlier in the seventh semester got internships from companies in which they got placed. And colleges and faculties provide on-duty for you to do internships. I got no internship from a company in which I got placed because I got placed a bit later in the last semester only. In the seventh-semester mini project is done and in Eight-semester the Main project will be done.

In my college, during the seventh semester, they provide placements eligibility criteria is having null arrears or 1 or 2 arrears are exceptional for some companies. The highest package offered by a company in campus placement is around 6.3 LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA. Regarding the percentage of students getting placed about 90% of students are placed in various companies. I got my job in campus placement at Wipro technologies and I am going to work there.

In my college, if you are the first to graduate and admissions via counseling then the fee structure is as follows fees per year including all tuition fees, book fees, etc. except bus, hostel, and exam fees are 44000 per year. Scholarship opportunities are very high I got my minorities scholarship via my college.

In my college annual cultural is conducted in the name of the Astra and the tech fest conducted in name of technical symposium Astra is conducted in every year the early stage expected in the even semester and the symposium is conducted at the later stage of the year and the annual day also conducted in my college every year. Most of the books are available in Library in the central library as well as the department Library. In my college, active social groups are NSS, TQI, and so on
