Allotment of the streams is subject to availability of seats in different streams/category, and the percentage in the qualifying examinations as decided by the management (applicable to AME and higher education). Admission is on a fist come, first serve basis. There is no entrance test.

The syllabus is literally full of rocket science. They have a good emphasis on practical application of what we learn. Much of the learning takes place in the workshops apart from the classrooms. The subjects covered are Basic Aerodynamics, Environmental Studies, Workshop Practice, Language, English, Electrical Fundamental (Theory), Electrical Fundamental (Practicals), Economics for Executives, Aircraft Materials & Hardware (Theory), Electronics Fundamentals (Theory & Practicals), Maintenance Practices- I (Theory & Practicals), Constitution of India, Human Resource Management, Principles of airlines & Airport Management, Aircraft Structure, PC software (MS office), Aviation Law & Aircraft Rules and Regulation, Air Traffic Control, Air Transportation Safety & Security, A/c Instrument System, Satellites, Rockets & Missiles, Propulsion, Spacecraft Technology, and Project Work.

Air India, Jet Airways, Deccan Aviation, Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and ISRO have hired students of Agragami.

The infrastructure of Agragami is commendable! Facilities like wi-fi, labs, library, etc. are available. The grand auditorium and the central library are worth visiting. The library has good books, are sufficient if you are interested. You can request subject related books that are not present in the library. The labs are very well equipped and furnished and the classrooms are very comfortable. The canteen food is good and is subject to regular monitoring by the college authorities, though the food in the hostel mess is sometimes not up to the mark.

Hostel facility is very good. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and lively. They are on a sharing basis. They have all basic amenities like cool and warm water, good toilets, 24-hour electricity etc. The hostel is in north Bangalore in Yelahanka.

The Bachelor's courses have Bharatiyar University exams for all subjects. Some subjects don't have exams but only internal evaluation.

The faculty members are very much knowledgeable here and are highly dedicated to ensuring that the education is very practical oriented. Some faculty members are really good and supportive. Most of the professors hold a post-graduate degree from good colleges in various subjects. The course is completed on time. The performance of the faculty members is also closely monitored by the management officials. Student feedback is given great importance. A lot of teaching takes place in the various labs. Agragami has a General Engineering Shop, Machine Shop, Piston Engine Lab, Jet Engine Lab, Electrical Lab, Radio Navigation Lab, Instruments Lab and Avionics Lab for hands-on training of students.
