Internships are provided to the college students on the basis of their knowledge,talent and skills.Each student is given a chance to prove himself/herself.Interviewers undergo various group discussions to select the best skilled student among so many.The final round is the hr interview round where a face to face communication happens between the student and the interviewer.
Placement Experience
Placement times are a times of stress according to the students of the college.Basically what happens is that,all students are trained very nicely by the placement cell but few of them gets so hyper that they are unable to even speak in front of the interviewers.
