I applied through DOST, in dost, it differs from marks of students to get a seat in colleges under dost. This is an online application process. Reservation candidates have more benefits than other category candidates.

I had chosen BSc in statistics and computer science. our lectures are so patient in teaching a large class at a time. Lectures completed their Ph.D. in their particular subjects and have good experience in teaching. Exams are taken by them on time without any delay.

Internships Opportunities

There were internship programs provided but I didn't apply. My friends utilized that opportunity. We did projects on our mainstream last semester. you can do it by yourself or in a group. We did a group project.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee cost is worth spending on this college. In this college, we have scholarships for backward category students. I used to get it every year at graduation. also, merit scholarships are given to the merit marks scored students.

Campus Life

The college has a friendly environment, We had fests conducted by different departments and we had a great time with my friends. Library provides books for all departments. Spacious classrooms and playgrounds and NCC NSS groups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the bsc(MSCS) because i have interest on the physics and its related topics so, this made me to choose this course and i felt it was best. The course curriculum was well structured and prepared me for the real-world applications and their development. This was much useful for my higher studies. The course is perfect and no improvements needed but only the thing from my side is to add some workshops and trainings. The exams are conducted twice a year and i feel its good.

I wished to study Immunotherapy and medical microbiology in my further higher education and thus chose Biotechnology, Microbiology and Chemistry. Having a mandetory dissertation helped gain overall practical experience. Though, the college lacked any and all facilities. They hide all their instruments in a room for NAAC evaluation only.

But i choose kasturba because of its good teaching, well equipped lab facilities, cultural events , student growth programmes etc. I didnt get rejected from any college I've applied since i scored 978/1000 in my intermediate.
