HNIMR institute has always been progressive in encouraging and nurturing women’s growth and talent. It is instrumental in laying a sound base for future leaders in various industries and I have been fortunate to be a part of the MBA program at the institute. Mentoring by faculty is very useful in enabling students to identify their strengths and competencies and choose the field they are passionate about. Placement support is great and helped me in my career in HR IT for more than a decade now.

Placements are held at the end of 7 semesters.Companies use to come for all branches but the students have to also try from their own side and should not be depended on college.The student should also die all type of summer and winter training which will be definitely beneficial for their future.

The Students' Council comprises of students who represent the Placement, Cultural, Entrepreneurship development, Public relations, Community development, Art cell as well as the class representatives. They work under the guidance of trained faculty in order to manage their respective cells and thus ensure the development of the institute as a whole.

Student hostels, at full strength, will be able to accommodate around 6000 students. Hostel rooms being designed will be spacious, air-conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with cable connection, voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN, and the Internet. Reading rooms and additional sports facilities like chess, table tennis rooms, and carom rooms will also be available in each hostel.
