Remarks

Eligibility is based on the cutoff marks in the 12th grade and through counselling at Anna University. There are no entrance exams. To find the application form direct visit to the college is appreciated, there are no fees for application. Application dates will start from March onwards. I've not received any reservations but my friends have. You can benefit as the first graduate in the family where you only need to pay the tuition fees of 40,000rs and 20,000 will be cut. And if you're a schedule caste student they offer a lot of scholarships and fees cut depending on your family's financial status. The only issue in the admission process is whether college management can arrange transport facilities for the parents and students who are coming to visit the college for admission since the college is located in a remote area where there are not any proper public transport facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

My course is B.E mechanical engineering, the requirements for the course are very poor. There is no proper equipment for practical learning. Very low machines for practical learning. Faculty members are not well educ6in their fields. Most of them that teach you are just M.E graduates with less teaching experience. Most faculty average is 30. Pros are they focus more on theoretical, they conduct a lot of internal exams and special classes.

Placement Experience

1.5

From the 7th-semester campus, the interview is eligible, there are no top-level companies that came for campus interviews only local companies visit the campus. Approximately only 25% of students get placed. And average salary offers are around 2lakhs per annum. The highest is 5 lakhs per annum. My plans are to get a professional in any modelling software and become a design field.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are comparatively the same as other equivalent colleges. Scholarships are not offered after joining the college, you can avail first graduate scholarship of 20,000 cuts of management fees and only need to pay 40,000 tution fees. But they give extra time to pay the fees in urgent times. They won't pressure too much strictly. Jobs on campus are very low only 20% of students get a job approximately

Campus Life

3

They conduct an annual fest for every department where an exhibition-like setup is done and the various new invention of their respective fields is showcased. Book availability is good and the library is far better and you can avail every subject book for free in the return policy. The classroom is neat, not a digital classroom only a fan is available, and no A.C. desk and bench are fine. There's not much encouragement for sports. You get 1 PT period every week apart from that not much focus on sports. There are no many social groups or engagement among students

Placement Experience:

The college provides four tracks for students: the placement track, higher studies track, entrepreneur track and the government exam track. Students can opt for any one track during their third year of study. The campus placements starts from the mid of third year. Mnc's like Accenture, cognizant visited our company the ratio is also good. Lot of startup's and core companies have also hired students.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 5 th semester ,however they are not allowed to join companies before completing the current course. Many companies have visited like(CTS, Accenture, Soti, cart rabbit , course 5i and many more) in my batch out of 800+ students around 200 - 250 got placed . The highest pacakge is 13.5 LPA and the average package is around 4.5 LPA - 6LPA. College say its 100 percent placement but nowadays its not true because about 20-25 percent students are bot placed because of skill issues. My plan is to get placed in a good company and save some decent amount and start trading.

The placement and the package in this current year is less when compared to previous years. This is due to the more admissions in computer science field and more employees are there.the highest package is 12L/yr . 18% of students will get placed. My plan is to start private construction agency.
