In starting I wnated to be in Chandigarh University. But my father insisted me to visit Akal University once. The Vice Chancellor sir Gurmel Singh ji had good family relations with my father. So as I visited the campus I was attracted by a positive vibe of the campus. The discipline that this university teaches its students and the aura of every teacher and teacher's inclination towards students' problems attracted me. So I decided on my own to be a part of this family. If I talk about the eligibility of getting in, then there was a criteria (at my time in 2019) that if you have secured above 70% in 12th then you don't need to give any entrance otherwise if you don't fulfill the requirement then you have to give an entrance. I have applied to 3 university. 1 is akal university itself. 2 one is chandigarh university. And 3 one is delhi university. I didn't go for du as the cut for cuet examination went high nd didn't got a seat there. I didn't go for chandigarh university as the fee there is not affordable. I got admission in Akal university as it is around my budget nd i can afford the study here. As the admission process here is quite different. They have their own examination which needs to qualify.
