Course Curriculum Overview

The course of MBA in HR is well versed and all the books used are of latest editions. The HR models mentioned in the books are widely used in the industry hence the students should focus in class and keep asking doubts when necessary.

Placement Experience

There are many companies coming for placements like Wipro, Deloitte, HSBC Bank and many others. The college has a good reputation when it comes to placements.

There are many scholarship programs available with the college. The students who are interested in taking scholarships should talk to the office and know more about them.

Placement Experience:

Final semester students become eligible for campus placement I am interested in finance but no number of offers made Highest package is 600000to 800000and average package is 400000 to 600000 The students percentage of getting placement is 60 to 70 percent My plan is after getting the degree is higher studies MBA

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are very good . Some students get placements in college drive while others are searching on their own. College bring high standard companies And recently two students are selected for 21lakhs package in Germany. And also provide trainings for better improvement for students.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students are eligible to attend placements. Highest package is 9lpa and average package is 4lpa in all majors. 98% students will be placed. There will be no fault from the placement cell The will bring 100s of companies to the college It totally depends on students capability. In prder to it placement cell take care of communication and aptitude classes provided to the students

IIM Vizag is one of the premier institutes of India, currently ranked 29 in the NIRF ranking. The Institute has a remarkable track record of achieving 100% placements each year. The placement data of IIM Visakhapatnam for the year 2022-23, gives us a glimpse of how nicely this college is trying to provide one of the best placements among the top tier 3, MBA colleges in India. In the last placement year, which starts from the month of September to February of the next year, 100% of students got placed with the highest package of 32.62 lakhs(CTC), with an average package of 16.61 lakhs and a median package of 16 lakhs. The placement process starts in November, both the official placements and some of the students get pre-placement offers(PPO) from the companies where they did summer internships.
