Remarks

The Application form can be usually filled out at the official website of the college. Moreso, I have availed the reservation benefits based on which I have got admission to the college. The admission process should be quite quick.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have Chosen BCom. As I have studied commerce subjects in my Secondary Education. The faculty is very helpful and cooperative in the college. There is a balance between the students and teachers ratio. All the faculty members are experienced & hold Ph.D. degrees. The term exams are taken once each semester and they are not that difficult to clear if students have studied the whole syllabus.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is quite reasonable there are no extra charges or anything like that. Moreso, a student can apply for scholarships at the National Portal of Scholarships. Proper guidelines are provided to the students for applying for the scholarship.

Campus Life

Generally, Youth Fest is conducted every year by the college in July. Moreso, students can get the study material from the library at any time during college hours. To add, the college also encourages students to take part in any sports event during their Annual Sports Meet. There are various clubs run in the college like Rotary Club, Red Ribbon Club, etc.

My Honest Experience at DAVIET

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year. My plans is to pursue my llb degree in khalsa college of law amritsar after completing bcom degree and part time job

. I applied CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY (CU) college and I also got confirmed seat. but I don't choose this college because of their high fees and was in other district. I choose SCD GOVT.
