Course Curriculum Overview

I am Passionate about Food Production and CHA provides the best opportunities to go abroad and work in the best hotels in the industry. All our faculties are holding more than 12yrs of hospitality experience. We have an examination every 3 months and more focus is given to practicals.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 105000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As till now, I found out that all our seniors have been placed in the best hotels in the industry and they are at very fine posts in the industry as they as have a good name and their packages start from 4 lakh. College provides internships in Hyatt, Marriott, Taj, Airlines, Oberoi, and IHG properties. None of the other colleges provide internships abroad.

Placement Experience

The aim of the internship is to learn the ways a hotel works and gain various kind of knowledge. Hotel internships are done in every department like - culinary, lodging, housekeeping, food and beverage, accounting, human resource and marketing. 100% internship is done in our college at 3rd year for 6th months, for these all courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

Class Size : 74 Course Fees : INR 1,05,000 Internships are been provided by Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, IHG, JW Marriott, etc. Abroad we are getting a stipend between 21-25k with accommodation, transportation, and food.

Campus Life

The annual festival is celebrated in January. Followed by Sports week in February. Hotel day celebration in April women's day celebration, dandiya celebration, Christmas celebration, teachers day celebration.

Placement Experience:

The college provides 100% Placement Assistance to any desired hotel or property. It has its own 14 ventures where it can place the graduates. All ventures are 5-star properties. We are allowed to go for training in the 3rd year either 5th or 6th semester. Throughout the course, DSHM makes us eligible to qualify for interviews. We have been taken to Showgrounds of various 5-star properties like Marriot, Hilton, The Chomu Palace, etc. Approximately 3-5 lakhs p.a packages are given to the students and students pursuing their career abroad get even more high packages. Almost 100 per cent of students get the placement depending on their abilities to qualify for interviews. My plans after getting the degree are to try abroad as we get more opportunities and simply say more money is in abroad. Hospitality is the vastest and fastest-growing industry.

Placement Experience:

In the 2nd year, students are sent for internship training for approximately 4-6 months in the various reputed colleges based on their interviews in hotels. almost every student who attend for interviews gets placedin one or other company. The students of our college has the highest percentage of getting placements. The highest salary package offered is around 4.5 LPA -5LPA. Top recruiting companies are HYATT, OBEROI, JAYPEE, ITC, DOMINOS, REBEL etc. my plan after getting degree is to join a reputed hotel like oberois or taj hotel as a chef.

Remarks:

IHM Jaipur comes under the top 5 IHM's in India. Also I personally like the city Jaipur as the city have some great heritage infrastructure like Hawa Mahel, Jal Mahel etc. Talking about the college IHM Jaipur has skilled faculty and a number of successful alumni.
