Remarks

The admission process actually takes place according to the allocation of ranks in the respective exam i.e APPOLYCET. Cut off actually depends on the type of caste for SC or ST it is very easy to get a seat. For the General category, it is a bit difficult. College also provides fee reimbursement for eligible students and all the building fee is reimbursed by the govt itself

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose Mechanical engineering based on my personal interest in automobiles and vehicle manufacturing. The faculty here are great, they are available for all doubt solving sessions. The exams conducted here are very strict and the whole campus is maintained in a very disciplined and diplomatic way.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

The internship will start from the final year 1st sem where students are offered various roles in various companies with a stipend up to 10000 based on the company and amount of work. Companies such as TCS, KIA MOTORS, etc train students regarding internships. Doubts are also clarified either by company individuals or by the faculty visiting with the students batch.

Placement Experience

4

Students are available for placements from the 3rd year. Core companies related to automobiles (mechanical engineering) will visit frequently to the college recruiting students in a fine number. The highest package offered for diploma students are around 6LPA and the average package is around 3LPA. Around 60-70% of students get placed every year or students will look to pursue higher education such as BTech.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Total fee for a non reimbursement student is around 24000.For a student with reimbursement it is much lesser and it is around 8-9000 overall. Many placement opportunities are provided for students in the final year with a good package.

Campus Life

4.5

Many fests and events are conducted in the college and the best of all is the event named MOHAN MANTRA in which all events are conducted simultaneously and many students are provided with opportunities in learning and developing their skills regarding studies and also regarding sports and other extra curricular activities. Apart from that events such as freshers day and annual day are also conducted very grandly and beautifully. Campus Life i would say is very good in my case.

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Infosys, Wipro, Lenovo, and Aditya Birla. The offers are averagely 4 to 5. The highest average annual package offered by the companies is 5 lakh. The percentage of the students who are getting the placements is an average of 70% to90%. My plan after completion of my degree is to start a business of my own.
