A Honest Review of my college

I got a seat in JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur through EAMCET during the year 2019. My EAMCET rank is 2632 and I am certain that I would get the seat in JNTUA. But I am worried about how I might cope with the new environment but the facilities around here aren't that bad as I am worried about. At first, the admission process took almost the whole day to complete all the mandatory things and even the admission faculty helped us find the areas where we need to next to continue on with the next step. All the application forms, fee challans are provided to us in the very first place.

In the very first year, our term exams and Semester exams are conducted from time to time by strictly following our respective academic calendar. But after the 1st semester due to the Covid pandemic, we are one year behind. So our college management decided to conduct both term and semester exams simultaneously so that we reach the exact time. Now we are incorrect time period so the exams are conducted from time to time without any backwardness.

From the 3rd year 2nd semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. We need to write certain certification rounds in order to directly get the opportunity to get into the advantage round. There are certain companies which pay a visit to my college and make offers some of them are Tcs, TATA, INFOSYS etc. Mostly 89% of the students are offered jobs both out of campus. My foremost plan is to get a job in the campus placements themselves. My aim is that by the end of the year I need to have at least 5 companys' offer letters at my reach.

For the students, those are applicable to the fees reimbursement we need to pay an approx amount of 17500 as a fee to the college. After that, the scholarship students are only needed to pay a hostel fee and yearly a special fee of 150 followed by an exam fee of 715 rupees for every semester. The scholarship awarded to the students is Jnanabumi.

At college many college fests, department feste are conducted every year. And each student gets the opportunity to play a specific role in many fields of organising the event. Mostly all the fests are conducted in the month of March and April. There is a central Library at the college campus with consists of thousands of books for both students and faculty reference. There are many clubs like Sports club, English club, V-Talk club, dance club, Music club and many others. The social group that is of utmost importance in my college is Women Empowerment Cell. Many NCC camps are conducted in and out of the college premises and NSS cell which are undergoing many social services.
