Remarks

Admission to SSG Pareek college was very easy. If you have good marks (like 80% or more ) then you can easily get into college. Otherwise, if you have less than the above percentage, then they'll take PI or GD of yours which will be very easy. The admission form could be taken from the Examination office panel. The improvement I want to see in the application process is that instead of making it a formality make it good enough to take only talented students.

As I come from a commerce background, firstly I opted for CA and as a secondary, I opted for Bcom. That's why I decided to study Bcom at that college where fees are concessional. The faculty-student ratio is very high in this college. To be honest, the faculty is very average and they teach in hurry to cover the syllabus. Quarterly term exams occur in this college and all are very easy to pass.

Placement Experience

After completing the Bachelor of Commerce course in the 3rd year, you can apply for Masters of commerce or A good banking job. Remember that there is no campus placement for students thereafter Bcom and even MCom.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of studying in this college is very cheap. Approx rs. 35000 will be incurred by a student considering every aspect. Coming to scholarship and financial assistance, if you are having a good marks history then can give you a scholarship to some extent but not completely. Currently, I have not been given any campus placement interview, so I can't comment on it.

Campus Life

Good social life here as there are a lot of options to make friends. Also, a lot of festivals happen there so there you can make a lot of friends. Clearly one of the best social places of mine. Books are widely available in Library. The classroom is neat and clean in every aspect. Here you will be given a wide range of extracurricular activities.

Interview Experience

Particularly in Bcom exams, topics of gd and pi are like Common journal entries and Balance sheet headings. My advice would be to remain confident in front of interviewers. A little bit of General knowledge will also be asked.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of bcom course, in which i am enrolled is not much relevant, I have learnt literally the basic of accountancy in my 1sem, something that was taught to me in class 11 itself. And yes, The curriculum does not prepare us for real world problems or projects. Curriculum is very old and irrelevant that a student can't even find a job i market after graduating from our college. Exams are held on irregular timing every year, many times they get postponed for no reason. The difficulty level of exam is not much, Exams are easy to pass. You just have to fill the copies, rest work will ne done by the examiner, whether the answer is genuine or not ????

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose b.com because curriculum was relevent to my aspect, the curriculum is preparing me for my future studies is good but it is quite outdated in terms of todays world, so i would suggest 1 improvement to it, add new chapters and remove old boring chapters from curriculum. there and 6 to 8 months of gap between each semesters and they are quite tricky.

I choose this college because this college is near to my house. I applied in Subhod College but that college is far fro me so i take admission in this college. The eligiliblity to take in this college is that you pass your 12th class with any subject. For admission first you can come college and visit admission cell and take a form worth 200 hundred rupees.
