Doing MBA at AIMS Bangalore

The application form was submitted online, and I was also required to pay an application fee of Rs.1500 for the process. I received a 68 per cent on the CAT exam. At first, I was determined to attend an IIM for my MBA, but the cut-offs were so high that I couldn't get in, and I didn't want to waste another year, so I began looking for a college that would accept me at the last minute. I discovered this college while the admissions process was still in progress, so I decided to enrol after considering the good facilities and an impressive placement record in previous years. The Week also ranked it as the seventh-best private business school.

I was able to gain the best industry exposure and a nurturing classroom environment through the curriculum, which helped me become a leader of tomorrow. The curriculum was very hands-on and skill-oriented. I also had the opportunity to learn from industry experts and professionals with many years of experience. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the faculty department, they were well-deserved and had years of on-field experience.

We were helped here by the institute's entrepreneurship and leadership cells, as well as the mentor-mentee program. Other than this, my university was well known and had connections with top companies like Deloitte, Kotak Urja, Canbank Factors, ICICI Prudential, KPMG, EY, etc. My batch was able to secure an average salary package of 15 lakhs. My institute's placement services and records were incredibly good and I am very satisfied with them.

I used to pay the fee in installments, and the total program fee, including the mess deposit, was 9 lakhs, which was not very affordable, but my university also provided financial assistance based on need and merit.

The infrastructure was world-class, and we had a plethora of student clubs run by students from each specialization, as the institute placed a greater emphasis on our personal development and employability. There was a gym open 24 hours a day, a library, a sports complex, cutting-edge technology labs, a cafeteria, an auditorium, fully air-conditioned classrooms, and a Wi-Fi campus. Being an AIMSian was the best decision I've ever made because my time here has allowed me to grow and learn new things every day.
