What it's like to study in WCC!

The application form can be found on the college website and all the details regarding the course structure and the fees where will be given on the website. The college does not get entertains any recommendations but the Admission process in WCC is a bit biased. As every college does, priority is given to Christian students. But if you had scored very good marks(above 80%), you'll get your admission definitely(that's how I've got into WCC).

I chose bsc math because I love mathematics! our class was 61 students and we had 5 well-qualified professors. The schedules of the exams will be informed way before so we get ample time for preparation. The difficulty of the exams were moderate and since they provide quality education, it's really easy to pass the exams.

We started getting placement offers right from our 5th semester. Top companies such as infosys, cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, Nielson and many more have come for placement. We had a career guidance cell who kept us updated about the off-campus placements from TCL, capegemini, and so on! 100s of students have been placed so far(I'm in 5th sem). I've been selected for one of the companies mentioned above too! For BSc Mathematics, so far we've got upto 3.6LPA and the average package is around 2.5Lpa.

I had to pay 17k while joining and for each sem, the fee was 12k/16k. I also had to pay exam fees which will be around 3k. WCC provides management scholarships for merit students and for those who need financial help. Apart from this, they also keep us updated on various scholarships offered by the government and other organizations.

Campus life in WCC is so enjoyable. We have many campus days wherein the entire campus follows a theme or a dress code. We also had interdepartmental cultural, department cultural, and the awesome festive!! WCC has a great library which is kept upto date with books from all fields. They also give us access to NList which is an e-library that has thousands of useful books. We have the student senate, whose members are selected by-election, who take care of all the student affairs. Wcc also has various clubs for dance, music, drama, arts, literature and also eco club, Rotaract, young Indians, nss and so on.
