Course Curriculum Overview

The HOD of all the branches mainly Biotechnology, Life sciences and Commerce are the best that helped in every step and every move we took on our journey throughout this course. May it be education or educational trip or simply a problem in getting our forms filled. They were always there to help us around. The course set by our university DAVV may seem a bit mumbo jumbo but the faculties gave us the things that were even out of the course. The conferences and lectures organised by them and the eminent speakers they invited were just the things we needed for our exposure. Even some of the conferences were organised by us as student councils to get us with management skills.

Placement Experience

Many pharmacological and pharmaceutical companies along with many pathological lab and food testing companies offer jobs. Plus the faculty and huge base of Alumni help the students get jobs according to their caliber.

College Events

Just amazing. Campus life, events and extracurricular activities are best one can get in Biosciences college. The conferences and lectures organised by them and the eminent speakers they invited were just the things we needed for our exposure. Even some of the conferences were organised by us as student councils to get us with management skills.

Campus Life

Campus is equipped with all the basic and important facilities to get through which included Transport via Bus, Wi-Fi, Library with a huge database of eBooks as well as Physical books and the labs are just best in the Central India for this course. ItÕs not just that they have best instruments but the lab assistants and teacher are well educated in handling them and they donÕt get rusted like in other colleges.

I came across this institute with the help of collegedunia website. Pros:- faculties are very helpful.There is no overburden to students for assignments.They will try to clear your doubts with their full potential.Cons:- Hostel facilities are not available.You cannot bunk your classes once you are inside the campus.

Placement Experience:

I am doing a private firm in the college campus through an internship this was also good because no pressure to you think you working very well in this field I was very lucky to a college campus in this college so 70% successful placement in the college.

Admission:

The minimum educational requirement shall be 10+2 examination through CBSE or State Government Board Passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English or any other examination equivalent with 12 years of schooling with science (biology) group from a recognized examination board. The minimum requirement of marks will be 50% in aggregate (PCBE). I got admission based on my previous marks in the school.

Remarks:

The conclusion is that college management need some serious changes in their curriculum and whole infrastructure especially with course materials and teaching techniques faculties are great but their hands are tied because of poor College management. And college management should think about their palcement officer.

My bsc life

I choose this college beacuse firsly i dont want put that much money in bsc and as compared to other colleges it was very reasonable with good practical handling, For example i applied for st. Xavier mumbai and Kolkata and the price for bsc microbiology is above lakhs and in mrsc it is just,82500 and they provide you internship, project everything so yes it was a good option. One the college xavier i can't make it because of the interview round only. The admission procces of mrsc is very easy you just have to go the offical webiste and register for registration you have to pay some money say 2000 rs so it veru handu as comapred to other lavish colleges,the eligibility criteria was 50% in 12th only, exam only held for bba students so if you are applying for microbiology you just have to register no exam, Yes i do get rejectef and selected at the same time from some college , i got sage university but as i said too lavish for bsc ...Read More
