Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure in computer science and engineering follows the pattern of U.P. Technical University. The courses have been designed by top professionals from academics and industries and provide a strong foundation and in depth knowledge to students. The department has included additional tutorial classes to enforce practical and analytical approach. The course curriculum for undergraduates gives the flexibility to the students to prepare for advanced specialization. The course structure provides a right mix of compulsory and elective courses. The department also offers courses for students of other discipline.
Placement Experience
To help the students in their job placement, the department faculty along with the final year students have conducted mock Aptitude tests, Group discussions, Technical and HR interviews. Additionally to improve the employability, the students are required to be molded in their skill sets as per the industry expectations. Hence, we at MPEC arrange Industry visits, summer training in order to prepare them to work in industry. In this context department regularly arranges IBM training workshops each year on IBM technologies such as Websphere, Ecllipse, DB2 etc.

The prime objective of the department is to provide solid foundation to undergraduate students for a successful technical career in the field of computer science and engineering Additionally, the department also provides opportunities for professional growth through seminars, guest lectures, presentations and workshops.
