Honest review about Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy

Since I applied for seat soon after my boards, I got the admission pretty soon, as there was no rush for seats. I called up the LMCP college office and asked the details. The eligibility of the course is passing 12th std science with minimum 50% each subject. The application form can be found online or offline. The admission process was very smooth for me as I was the very first student to take admission in 2019-20 batch.

I chose physiotherapy because it was always my dream to get into medical courses. And I felt physiotherapy is growing to be a career with great scope these days. There are more than 15-20 teachers in each department. Therefore there will be always enough teachers for students. Teachers are with high standards of education in each department. There are 3 internal exams which will be held every 2 or 3 months in a year with a university exam at the year end. Passing exams is upto the students when in college.

The starting tuition fees for 2019-20 batch is 1,50,000/- and it reduces upto 115000/- when the student reaches the last year. Many Scholarships are given students under government. The college provides a 6 month internship after the 4 year course.

The life in college is super fun. Conferences, annual days, Apl cricket matches are always held yearly. Books and journels are always available in library for reference. The student can take it to home or hostel or even refer if inside the library. But must be returned after every week. There is air conditioning in classroom with a smart class.

Hostel rooms have the ability to afford 2 or 3 students each. Each room has balcony. And is near to all the malls and atms, even hospitals. The meals will be little hard to adjust when you are from a different city but is okay for the localilites. But the menu changes after every 1 mnth. The hostel is compulsory for students when joining the cllge.
