Remarks

Eligible criteria is based on the percentage of 12th exam. I got the application details in online website of our college. And there is a good chance of doing admission via online and after registration only the students have to come to the main office for all admission details.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choosed that course because I was from a science background student and I was trying for joining a Nursing college so I got good option here and the fees structure was manageable for me. The student and faculty ratio is 10:1 The faculties are well educated. Most of them are masters in Nursing and some also have PhD. Their teaching methodology is so good, audio visual teaching process is applied in our college. Lab facilities are also available. We have yearly based exams for university and for college 3 internals are arranged in every year with a model exam. The minimum passing mark is 50%.

Fees and Financial Aid

For college fees we have to pay 50000 per year. For hospital charge we have to pay some money depwnd upon the hospitals and the subject of that particular year and it is not included in 50000. Scholarship are available only for karnataka resident students. After completing the course we have a chance for teaching in our college only if we have a good knowledge about teaching methodology.

Campus Life

5

The annual fest of our college is the very famous acharya habba and it is conducted by April or March in every year. The campus life is so awesome. Our campus is held in a big area with 120 acres. It also has a big stadium for sports and functions and a central library is also there. Every department's books are available in that library, it's a very student friendly place where one can study calmly and also take some rest during the study. The main attraction of our college is its eco-friendly environment. The workers are very good to take care of trees and areas...it is free from pollution and plastic. Clean well-furnished buildings, roads, garden, and the overall campus is available here. It also have many sports facilities like basketball, cricket, volleyball, etc. and a gym center. There is also habba team and other sports teams.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are well furnished, personal equipment like bed, pillow, desk, table, the shelf is provided by hostel only. Meal quality is good and based on south India dish, nonveg and veg both are available here. If one wants to rent a room there is also facilities just beside the college area. There are many pgs also available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to work on medical field so I chose this degree for myself. The curriculum and the college really prepare you for the world . I was an extremely introvert before joining college but now I can even make a peep talk to unknown person. College really helped me grow out of my comfort zone. The course is on 4 years, 3 years of college and one year of internship. During second and third years we are given hospital posting of 3-6 months where we learn about refraction and different tests and their importance to make a diagnosis. There is only 1 university exam per year during college.
