Journey government polytechnic nainital

I had applied for Government polytechnic nainital. I did not availed any quota as I am from general category. There is a entrance exam. You have to attend that exam and get a quality rank through whic you can get admission in that College. Admission process was not much hectic. I just made a demand draft in favour of college and took important documents like 10th marksheet certificates aadhar, permanent resident certificate, rank card. Then submitted my fees. And i got admission!!

The demand of that course we're increasing in industrial areas that time then i chose. Faculty had a good strength in my branch. But other branch like electrical had less faculty. All were highly qualified. I am quite satisfied with their knowledge and they had a long teaching experience so they were master in there subjects.Exams were term wise like samester wise.two samesters in each year. If you study normally you cas pass. If you don't study then you may get a back.

Internship is based on grades. Good grades gets good internship programs. They see projects, practicals and then marks then they provide internship. I was lucky. My seniors guide me to do hardwork in a right direction..after that i got job in the same company. We got many projects to do related to make Transformers, communication set. Transisters

After 6th semester we eligible for campus placement. Many companies like TVs, bajaj tata, Anand, Schneider, samsung , HCL and many more do visit there every year. Highest package were offered by Samsung 19 lakh per annum. 50-60 % of students gets placements. My plan is to do hardwork in my workstation and get promoted to higher designation.

As it was a government college. fees is merely hike like in projects and viva. Generally a lower income family can afford it. I did not get any scholarship as I was an average student. I got a job in Dana Anand group in rudrapur.

Yes there is an annual fest name is Annual Function shishir. Tech feat organized in every 6 months. Books were available in library but sometimes you need to tell librarian for particular book. Classroom had all basic amenity as nainital is a hilly area, there is no need of ac and fan. Chairs and table were broken in some classes. Sports activities organizes in summer and there are ncc and nss. There are many groups in social media(Facebook, Instagram) named government polytechnic nainital where alumni interacts each other.
