For BSC, MSC must join .

I have applied for bsc[pcm] in Seth G.l bihani S.D P.G college, Sri Ganganagar. No, I have not applied for any QUOTA. The basic criteria are very simple, PCM in 12th from your respective board with a minimum score of 55%. During admission you need some basic docs like last year mark sheet(12th), aadhar card, 4-5 recently captured passport size snaps that's all.

I was interested in physics that's why I choose this course. On papers, it looks like that there is a shortage of teaching staff but actually the number of students who are regular is not so much so student: faculty ratio in this college is pretty good. Qualification of the faculty is mixed but effective like there are some lecturers with MSC, PhD, net, gate etc so they can explain things at deep but, there are some lecturers with just msc+bed but can clear all doubts at the beginning [lower level] and also at deep so I like this combo. It depends upon individual student but in my case, I was a regular student so not so difficult for me to pass ( there are two types of term exams terminal test & pre university , cover 30% & 100% syllabus respectively ) due to covid things may very and maybe got cancelled.

The fee hike is the same as other private colleges in the city but fees in this college are a little bit on higher side every year. fees of my course were 20000/year & 2000 library charges[1000 rs as security & remaining 1000rs = you will get back into our bank account after completion of course You can enrol in govt schemes for obc, sc, st, ews, minority etc. I don't think that college will provide any job inside the campus but for more assistance you can contact at college help desk.

Not every year but yes there are such activities like annual function, science fest, farewells, freshers & mostly conducted in winters. There are a bunch of books right now (2021)in library and well furnished sitting area for serious readers. Amenities in classrooms are not top notch but basic needs like proper illumination, fresh drinking water,cctv for surveillance in class, suffiecient airflow from windows & fans, A big black/whiteboard so backbenchers can also see the board. Yes, there are many extracurricular activities monthly competetion etc. I must say sports activities in our college is also a highlight cricket[famous in campus] football, basketball, etc. Yes, there are some student welfare groups but not any such website.
