Remarks

I'm a student at SRK PG college, FZD which is affiliated to DRBRA university , Agra . I've applied in Galgotias university but I couldn't go due to covid-19. For getting admission in SRK , percentege were the main criteria it should be atleast a 100% combining 12th and 10th % which involved 12th whole % and 10th average marks . After that we were asked to submit our documents and fees which a time taking process actually but not so complicated .

In my college teachers are extremely supportive, they've helped many students during the admission process . The classes were regular but not mandatory for us to attend due to covid-19 . There were no exams in our 1st year of B.com , we got promoted everybody know due to the pandemic.

Class Size: 276Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are very low and so much affordable for every student . There were scholarships provided to some students . There is no placement provided. They should atleast help us with getting internships , it's very important for everyone to gain experience.

Campus Life

The life on campus is nice, the environment and the nature . There are so many trees and plants around the campus , many of us hangout in our spare time . We sometimes go to library which is accesible to the students who have issued the library card . That's it , there's nothing more to do and there are no clubs or social groups which is a very negative thing.

The course curriculum is good but only theoretical, it does not prepare you for real world challenges, since bcom is a general course but still acts as foundation of every Commerce students career ladder, the decision for opting it is correct. The frequency of exams are less and their moderate difficult but not very hard .

Placements in my college is quite interesting to be discussed about because top companies do come to BHU because of its excellent students. After 3rd sem one can apply for Placements. Avg package is 3 lakh which is quite a good start. My plan is to do internship after the college.

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for.
