Good for commerce students

I applied for shri atmanand college. I took admission in 2011 by filling prospectus. I got selected in first cut list as i got 90% marks in 12th class. Then we have to fill admission fees of semester. It was around 8000-10000 at that time. Selection process is based on marks scored in 12th class. College publish 3 cut lists. Students with higher marks got selected first then lower marks students. Minimum marks should be 55% & age must be 16+. They took fees in cash & gave us slip. We got our roll numbers in first day of class. I applied for this college because to faculty & atmosphere of college. Staff was very well educated and well behaved. This college was totally against ragging. Even a Police PCR mostly standing there during working hours for any misbehavior happened by any student. There teaching was good but scholarship facility was very poor as even after applying for scholarship , i received scholarship only once. Other than that teaching and staff was good. Overall good.

I have choosen b.com. I applied for this college because to faculty & atmosphere of college. Staff was very well educated and well behaved. This college was totally against ragging. There teaching was good. Faculty was post graduated. PHD staff. 50-60 ratio of girls & boys. 90 students in one class. Teaching staff was good & they just teach normally. They did not adopt any special method of teaching. Term exams were in every semester. I was not much tough to pass for those who study regularly

There were some electronic companies provide internship but the provide only 2000-3000 Stepend monthly. There was one project to work as computer accountant to work in any business & we got certificate from there

In final year you can apply for campus selection. Selection faculty come only once in three years. They provide only 10000 around monthly salary. They selected according to interview not according to marks. My plans after getting degree was to earn for my family

Fees was affordable. It costs around 15000 per year. They don't provide much scholarship. I applied for scholarship. I got scholarship only once. After that i did not get any scholarship in 3 years according to me its good according to fees but those students want scholarship its poor college for them

Annual fest were only farewell. It was conducted in month of march when year was ending for final year students. Books were available mostly in library but those were really old edition books. Journals were not much provided. Library was good for sitting & learning. Sports classes were provided & students play from side of college in many states. There was no social group of college. But there were election of college Pradhan every year to maintain facility for students. But after selection none of student union pradhan did anything. They just fight for fame.
