Remarks

I applied for various colleges near Delhi NCR but due to distance issues, I stayed in Kanpur itself. The admission criteria were simple. I had to fill a form and then the teachers at PSIT College took a small interview of me. And then when I got selected, I had some documents to fill and submit.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BBA Program as I was more into the commerce side and finance side, so I made my mind to choose BBA. There are 4 sections of BBA with students 55-56 each. And we have many faculty members here. We've assignments after each unit completed and class test every half completion of syllabus which is quite tough even.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Because I am in the first year only, I haven't experienced one But I have heard about good placements here, so let's see what happens. If I get a job offer from here, I'd be happy but if not, I'll plan for further studies like MBA, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of my program is 80000 per year. I think as compared to other colleges it is quite high for a middle-class person to come into. The scholarship facility is the available and the government one only which is applied to people whose income is less than 2 lakhs. I am currently in my first year so I don't have any idea of jobs on the campus.

Campus Life

Honestly, life at the campus is not that nice. We just have to sit in our classes from 9 to 5 with just a break of 40 mins only. As a first-year student, I still haven't explored my college that well because of less free time. Previously there were so many fests but due to covid, we haven't seen a single fest, not even our own freshers. Classrooms are well maintained and ventilated.

Placement Experience:

Galgotias University has great placements record and business school of the university is as good as the law and engineering school of the university. Like let's say there are over a 1000 students passing out each year for BBA and still 400 or more are placed with an average salary of 40-50k in hand.

My ideas and thoughts

Placement Experience:

If i talk about my BBA course from the 5th semester the students are eligible to palacements cell . And there is a campus palacement. Last year the indigo and finx and some more companies came over here for student palacement cell. The highest package is 7 Lpa and average is 4.5 Lpa. The percentage of student getting palacement out of 10 is 5 . I will do the masters that is MBA After my BBA course .

Placement Experience:

Placement offers which my college provides is very good and helpful for us and have good package also but if I don't able to achieve that then I will take instant action and give interview on other places . Like in Axis Bank, HDFC Bank or Different large Store like Tanishk, Kalyan etc. Or other finance companies. Average package is around 4,00,000 lakhs and many known companies visit us like Tata, wipro etc. My plan after getting the degree is to get settled in any Bank or any industry etc.

Unveiling Campus Vibes: A Student's Perspective

Placement Experience:

For campus placements, 6th semester students are eligible. There are various companies which visit our campus for the campus recruitment process some of them are IDFC First Bank, Adda 24×7, Piramal Finance, etc. The highest package offered was 5 lacs and the average package as per company was 350000. 40-50 percentage of the students are getting placements in the college every year. After the BBA Degree, I am planning for the Masters Degree for better placement.
