Katakam Srinivas's Review On Aditya Degree College, Kakinada

The admission was based on Inter percentage. The minimum percentage required for admission is 60.0% and the required age for admission is 18 and above. I went to the college they showed around the campus, labs, library, etc. The Bsc Forensic Science course was available only in this college near my area. The college was awesome so I decided to take my admission over there.

I choose this course because I felt this course is interesting. You get to experience everything by yourself. The faculty here is super friendly, they clear all your doubts and all of them are MSc graduates. They sometimes explain through a projector. Each term exam is conducted with a difference of 2 to 3 months. By reading the materials given by the faculty and from library you can ace the exams pretty well.

As I am a first-year student I don't know much about interships. There are projects in the third year which help to get jobs and gain experience. I have seen one video where students collect their own footprints and preserve it. It was really awesome.

From the 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. As only one batch passed out many of them didn't go for jobs instead they preferred to pursue Msc. I am planning to do MSc in Cyber Forensics after getting this degree.

The fees for Bsc Forensic Science is Right Thousand. There are some additional fees and it would cost approximately One lakh. Coming to job opportunities only one batch passed out so most of them preferred to pursue an MSc degree. There are few scholarships depending upon the percentage of the students.

This year there are no such fests because we are in this pandemic and having online classes. There are a lot of books available in our library related to Forensic Science, Criminology, etc. The classroom is pretty big with good ventilation. Normally we have sports on campus but we are having online classes so of now there are none. As online classes are going on there aren't any social clubs.
