My College Life At Jansons

During my school days, I and father used to attend college fairs. In one such college fair, we get to know about Jansons. They asked for our contact number to reach us after completing my schooling. On my result date, we got a call from Jansons admission officer, who asked us to visit the college once. It was a pleasant experience for us. I personally felt a Good vibe there! Admission process, we were asked to submit some documents like my adhaar Xerox, community certificate, mark sheets, Transfer certificates, and printout of my result. We didn't have as many documents that time, so they asked us to submit the documents we brought and they gave me a form to fill about myself. we paid a deposit amount of Rs.5000 for admission. It took only 10 to 20 mins. The good thing is the way they treated us and also they arranged a vehicle for pick up and drop us. If not we would be struck to find the right route. And there is nothing to say about bad aspects. I got my preferred course at an affordable fee.

I'm interested to learn about computers from my schooling days. So I reserved a seat for the CSE course. Faculties in our college are well experienced and knowledgeable ones. They can understand us like our parents. They won't let any of us sit isolate or regretting past things. They always engage us by giving us some activities to develop our skills. And Our faculties will have at least 5 years of experience in the teaching field! Regarding exams, we have to attend 3 internals and 2 whole revision test before the university semester. In our college, they set question paper with enough difficulties so that we could crack our semester exams easily.

Our college avails internships at industries like LUCID Technologies, Payoda Technologies, BSNL, ISRO, Bangalore, INFOSYS, Mahendra City, Tata Consultancy Services, Chennai and KGISL, Coimbatore. I'm now doing one internship with zinnov management consulting private limited stipend of 7000 per month which was arranged by our college.

Only 8th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Others would be given an opportunity to get internships and training for placements. They'll start placement training from our first year itself. An average of 45 companies participates in campus drives every year. The highest package is 500000 per annum and the average package is 300000 per annum. 80% of average placement results till now. My goal is to get placed in MNC companies and develop my skills.

The fees structure will be different for Counselling and Management Students. The tuition fee for courses on average is 40000. And the college fee will be around 30000. We can pay it on a semester basis or else we can pay the full amount for 4 years of course. So other than this times there was no other policies during my admission time. But now our college is conducting scholarship tests. They are giving a great opportunity to upcoming students to avail of full free education based on scholarship test marks. And I don't know about financial assistance.

We have technical events every semester and cultural & annual fest will be held yearly once at the month of January, February. There is a library inside our campus where we could get Novels, Journals, Everyday English and Tamil newspaper, all our syllabus related books, Autobiography, Storybooks and moreover, it contains books with any genre. Our classes will be held in fully furnished A/C classrooms. Laboratories with highly equipped technologies. Sports events will be held then and there. I'm not a sports guy so I don't aware of much about that. But our management will always balance both technical and non-technical events. clubs like Programming club, Android club, Linux club, Design club and computer society of India and so on are present on our campus and the coordinators will actively conduct events every week.

We have 3 wardens and some of our subject faculties in the hostel to look after us. They'll allow outing only weekly twice with parents permission. No compromise for the quality of meals provided here. Delicious foods and buffet system. Someday they'll provide us with every drink, fresh juice and dessert items. For hostel registration, we have to fill a form about our personal information with parents contact numbers. Dining Hall, Laundry facilities, Gym, Spa, Playing ground, Mini theatre. So everything will be inside our hostel itself.
