Remarks

College management is desperate for fame and money but, in this way, they targeted and achieved few aspects which indirectly resulted in good results.

Entrance Preview

ECET. Score 80/150, State Rank 353. After completing my Diploma in E.C.E, i sat ECET and i was particular to pick the college. We had Web-Counseling in which i kept top colleges of all districts and district headquarters in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Our college is JNTU-K affiliated. Curriculum is a bit old as it had more credits for theory than for practicals but there is nothing to blame college in this aspect. There were elective subjects in the last (4th) year's 2 semesters. But the irony is they dint taught what elected. or i remember no one asked our choice of elective subjects for that matter. Only faculty were asked to 'engage' any one of three options the curriculum gave.

Internships Opportunities

No. Our college dint had any such companies that offered internship. Only one or two dedicated MNCs that visit in alternative years.

Placement Experience

3

Placement were OK when compared to other 90% of colleges in the state (which were about 700plus). TCS was coming every year in our span offering 3-4lakhs per annum. SYNTEL, HCL, Delloite were coming in alternative years with almost 3lakhs per annum. And few more companies.

College Events

3.5

Our college is known for its events and fests. Every group used to have its own fest but when we were in 3rd year all group fests were merged as one. Also we have out-and-out student invented, managed and organised student community called 'Audisankara's Agog Alliance' which later renamed as THE AGOGIAN.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is 8000-10000 for students who have reservation due to fee-reimbursement scheme. 27000-32000 for general category. And management quota seats' fee vary according to the aspirants' affordability.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is given by govt for eligible students. No loan offers were there from college side as far as know.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life spectacular. Because, as most of us think that college never changes our lives but we all have an equal opportunity to change our life. My college is a pool of opportunities. Lots of extra curricular activities, ample encouragement for sports, competitions all were there. Gender ratio is 4:6 for girls and boys.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facility is only for ladies. 1st year students have hostel in near by town and for 2nd, 3rd & 4th years girl students hostel is within the campus. Coming to the food, in hostel or in the canteen, it was very good. One departmental store was also there, which was very nice with good range of snacks and all the stationary that student needs.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were very helpful. Believe it or not! I was never ragged by any seniors. May be its my approach that made difference but there were great seniors which stood as mentors.... Especially through our one and only student club, A-Cube(Audisnakaras Agog Allianz) we had direct interactions to the alumni and we still have that.

Exam Structure

Exams sucks!! Yes, its the exam structure JNTU have indeed. "COMPLETE MARKS CENTRIC STUDIES". Even most of the faculty have a huge softest corners for students who gets more marks. And LABS meant for writing, correcting and filling records only. If i care enough about maintaining records i can chill out. Regarding practical labs, thanks to the LAB faculty! they at least completed the all experiments.

Faculty

3

Except one or two the faculty are pathetic. The faculty is assessed how well they can cover the syllabus but not on how well they can interpret and elucidate the subject. There were few lecturers who's way of dealing the subject is 'to draw a diagram/circuit and explain it' irrespective of what is the practical approach. that's it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
