Remarks

Good one is its in a place of cool climate and a bit away to the city.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of MITS is standard and the profeesors are well experienced. Exam structure is relevant to the syllabus and labs. There will be two semesters a year with two mid examinations and final exam in each semester including laboratory examinations. Grades will be awarded in CGPA.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are good enough to be placed in a MNC. But when we were there no big, high package companies visited us. But the English communication classes, mock tests, mock interviews are frequently organised by the department. Hence it was easy to get a job outside. Internships are college funded, individually selected. Companies visits mits are cognizant, Robert bosch, capgemini etc.

College Events

4

Ashv is celebrated to encourage all kind of talents in students. There are technical presentations, cultural programs, dances, indoor activities games and outdoor, sports etc. Also college day will be celebrated as good as ashv. And department events etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is around one lakh ten thousand or one lakh twenty thousand. Recently government claimed that there will be full fee reimbursement based on grades of students in entrance Examinatio. Earlier only 35k reimbursement provided. Exams fee is around 1300 to 1500 in each semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship available in the college. Based on the entrance rank and caste the person can be able to claim free education or less fee. We can apply education loan in any banks.

Campus Life

There is around equal ratio of both boys and girls. MITS always encourages extracurricular activities such as sports, organising events etc. MITS doesn't encourage ragging of juniors and will be punished severely if any happens. No politics in students takes place. All religions are respected among students.

Hostel Facilities

There is no college boys hostel except for 60 students. But there are many private hostels which costs around 5000 to 6000 rupees per head for boys as well as rooms rented houses costs around 4000 to 6000 for a house. For girls there is big college owned hostel in front of the college as well as private PGs.

Alumni/Alumna

As I knew a college have a lot of students with 3 to 4 divided sections doesn't have good communication with seniors unless either one of them wanted to. If any one had good relation it will helps.

Admission

I have made an admission through eamcet rank. Admission process is easy and good. Date of admission should be received via sms after counselling. I have chosen electronics and communication engineering because I'm interested to learn in commutation systems.

Faculty

4

There are around 150 plus profeesors and 50 plus lecturers. And each subject having least 2, 3 profeesors and a lecturer for lab and lab assistants. Each profeesor having minimum of 7, 8 years of experience. Hence the clarity of the subject they have is well presented to the students. All the staff could be well qualified and experienced to hold a position in MITS college.
