My college days

At Tamil Nadu, ordinary colleges like Adhiyamaan college is making business out of it rather than providing good education. we will get University certificate with good class if the student studies well. That's all.

No entrance exams. Low cost, less duration, get the standard of Engineering college course. There is no interview and got selection on merit basis, based degree mark.

Programming languages, DBMS, Compilers, computer architecture and parallel processing, MIS, communication networks, architecture of Windows and Unix, OOAD, artificial intelligence, Virtual reality, JAVA

No one gets a paid internship by doing a program in this college. We have to find a place of our own to do it. We may have to pay money for getting internship

Very less. Only one ore two companies came that year and selected two. Job opportunities and placement opportunities are very less in this college.

Some technical seminars occured by IT companies at Bangalores, state level technical symposium occured in the year 2002. In general, fruitful events ar enot happened for the whole two years.

Very feasible when compared to other colleges. This is the main reason for students to join this college from other states. very economoc and cost of living is also very less.

No. There is no such facility provided by the college. It is not a reputed college like IIM or IITs. Just a college with average level of education.

Extracurricular activities are very less. But the collge provides facility to lab if we request for it. We get good support from lab assistants for the same.

Very good and safe hostel facilities. very big and good canteen for all. no separate mess for separate courses. food at nominal rates available, but typically healthy tamil food.

Alumini programs are very less in this college. No events are conducted by the college for reunion of students. College is not giving any importance to this.

Every second saturday we have class test, based on that internal assesment is carried out. strict invigilation is carried out. our principal is very very strict on exams. semester valuation is also very strict.

The faculty is of average level. being IT department, and location is nearby Bangalore, those who gets a better option at Bangalore will quit the job. number of dedicated faculties are less.
