My Review

There are no extracurricular activities or social clubs in our college, which should be added to the college life as it is very important for making a student very interactive.

Course curriculum is always according to the book, nothing out of the ordinary like nothing real life example based which could be more helpful but the exam structure is kind of okay given that we have the best out of two option for mid terms. It is not always research driven, mostly from the text books. I dont think it helps us at all what so ever. But the english lab classes help us a lot in understanding the placement procedures, thanks to the amazing faculty there.

Since I haven?t written any placement exams so I can?t comment but looking back to our seniors experience, I can say it was okay. The companies that came to our college were amazing but the package was not so good sometimes. And there are no placement procedures separately for students in our college, we have to do internships on our own from outside the college as necessary like I have done internship (online program) with TVS on electric vehicles during summer.

The college fest, the annual day and students from many colleges participate there. The college fest happens only once a year during march for two days. Nothing out of the ordinary just a technical fest, where students sometimes show out there projects and students have fun and eat and hangout with each other.

The fees structure is very low compares to other colleges, 4lakh for 4 years including everything that is hostel fees, mess fees. The additional fees that we pay instead of these are the semester exam fees (765) supply exam fees which is considerably very very low

I never opted for scholarship or education load offered from college. We had a separate merit for migrant students that I opted for.

Our college hardly supports extracurricular activities given above, hardly once a year. And the faculty does not like students gathering around in college after college hours, specially boys and girls together. So I would say college life is good as zero.

Yes I have opted for hostel, and they are very unhygienic like the bathrooms, the dogs and cats roaming around, the floors are always dirty. They never bother to clean it up properly at all. We only have to pay for the mess fees which changes accordingly.

Yes, they have been very helpful and supportive when ever help was needed. They never made us feel like outsiders.

I opted for this course as I am interested in electrical core. We had to fill out a form that was there on the website for merit students under migrant quota and send it to the college officials with our important documents attached to it. Then at the day of the councelling, we all were ranked based on our 12th grade percentages and given choice to select the course according to our wish.

Some of the faculty there are very amazing and help us students understand the concept well, but sometimes it feels like they are just reading out the paragraphs from the book itself, nothing extraordinary, which doesn?t help us understand a thing at all.
