Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is two years which is further divided into four semesters. The subjects taught during the course are data structuring using C, computer graphics, advanced programming language, information security, embedded systems, neural networks, machine learning etc. The main aim is to train the students in different areas and provide them to implement this knowledge obtained in the real world scenario.
Placement Experience
Companies such as Dell, Accenture, Intel, HP, Wipro, HCL, Oracle and many more visited our college during my time. They offered roles such as web developer, technical assistant, app developer, coding analyst, IOS developer etc. The highest salary offered was 16 lpa by HCL and the minimum was 4 lpa for the role of technical assistant by Accenture. Internship packages were also quite good.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The average cost for the program is 12,000 for one year. Admission and exam fees need to be paid at the start of the semester. Caution deposit amount also needs to be paid which will later be refunded to the student concerned. The fee structure is rather feasible in nature.
Campus Life
Various indoor & outdoor sports meet are arranged for students in activities such as football, volleyball, chess, table tennis, badminton etc throughout the year to inculcate a spirit of group efforts and team building. Prize distribution ceremony and annual awards are given to students who has performed exceptionally in academics as well as co-curricular activities. Student society council infuses the cultural of South and North India among the students with their modern approaches.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni meet is held every year so that the students can interact with the senior students and know about their experience in the industry. I was invited to the Alumni meet of 2018 which began with the lighting of the lamp by the college director and some cultural dance performances. After that we recollected our memories and stay inside the college and felt that the reunion was indeed always needed to refresh our past moments.
Admission
The students should be a graduate from the relevant discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university. You can apply for the course online and fill the application fees. Admission process will be done on the basis of the marks obtained and the students will therefore be called for further document verification if he/she clears the cut off.
Faculty
The teachers of our department are very friendly and supportive. They ensure an efficient & effective disposals of facts and concepts about network/computer industry to the students so that they can get a in depth practicality of the subject. Doubts are always answered by the teachers in any subjects and they are always ready to help us in times of stress.
