Course Curriculum Overview

The M.Sc Agriculture course mainly focuses on research and practical investigations. The syllabus is well designed. More of lab and field works and less of theory. The exams are timely scheduled with no extra pressure.

Placement Experience

Zero placement opportunity here. No placement cell. The college is newly developed so no such companies visit our campus. Internship facility is also not available. You can apply for everything outside.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is reasonable. You never have to tension about that. Every poor and needy student can afford the fee. The yearly fees is Rs 10,000 only. You can still arrange for loans and scholarships from the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship and loan facility is available for minority and poor students. You have to visit the college office and fill up a form to get the opportunity. Moreover you can also get or apply outside college.

Campus Life

Extra curricular activities is limited. Some annual college functions and sports are observed. No student parties and other activities is usually seen. We have workshops and labs and other cultural activities.

Admission

Admission is based here on the marks obtained in graduation or bachelor's degree. Considering that a merit list will be prepared and your admission will then be finalised. You shall be informed by the college finally.

The faculty members are highly qualifying. They teach the students in such an easy way that nothing is left to be understand. They guide and support us in career path. They solve our doubts and help in lab works.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

In the last year or 7th semester you will be able to attend campus recruitment and get placed in a reputed company. Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.

College with good values

Our college is situated in hilly greenery areas. There is no college building in my college and the college is under construction so the classes are runs in a polytechnic campus. The good thing in this college is that u can prepare for any other exam like Gate, Isro, Railway and any other govt exam. You prepared from their own self college didn't help you to get success. Admission in this college is got by the JEE Main results you can get admission here at the very low rank and there is A+ point to the student that this is a govt college and fees is low if you are from a middle family u can try here.
