Course Curriculum Overview
The course for polytechnic Engineering is a diploma course which is for 3 years. The course is designed to teach the students everything there is to know about Polytechnic in that span of time and in a good manner.
Placement Experience
There were placement options that were given by the college after completing our Polytechnic course. The placements were from well-known organizations who were searching for polytechnic students for specific designations in their office.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee for the polytechnic course was rupees 5450. This included the tuition fee of Rs. 1000 for 3 years each, a registration fee of Rs. 50 which needed to be paid at the start of the first year, and other fees of Rs. 800 for 3 years each.
Campus Life
Like every other college, even our college had their fair share of events and co-curricular activities that was organized by the students themselves. We had different celebrations On special occasions like Foundation Day, independence Day, Republic Day, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has an alumni registration process for which they even charge of C at the beginning of the year or when you are applying for the course. alumni of the college are very well connected and are invited to different events that occur in the college.
Admission
PSG Polytechnic College is one of the oldest and well known polytechnic colleges in India. This is why I wanted to seek admission to this college after my graduation. I sat for their entrance examination and got through with good marks.
Faculty
Teachers of our college who taught the polytechnic course were very friendly. They were strict in the classroom and friendly outside of the classroom and bonded with us on a very personal level which made it a great thing.
