Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of the course is 3 years. The course is well updated according to the latest norms. Exams include submission of practical files and conduction of theoretical exams. Exams are held on semester basis.
Placement Experience
Average package which the students of history honours get is INR 7,00,000. Some of the top recruiters are Infosys,Tata consultancy services,etc. However, most of the students prepare for Civil Services exams, so not all the students get the placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very reasonable and is designed in such a way that students belonging to lower class can also afford it. Scholarships are also given to meritorious students on the basis of their academic performance. However, students who do well in extra curricular activities are also given concessions.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities include various archaeological site visits and museum visits. In spite of this, various activities such as dance, singing, etc are also organised regularly. Eminent personalities are also invited for regular talks.
Admission
Admission in this course is made on the basis of percentage scored by the student in 12th class. Admissions are made purely on the basis of merit. No interview is taken and those who get selected,they need to go to the college with necessary documents like marksheet,aadhar card,etc.
Faculty
Faculty of the college is well admired by all the students. What I personally think is, most of the students took admission just because the faculty is from top colleges. They teach with full dedication.
