Course Curriculum Overview

The course is an integrated program for master's and doctoral degree. It lasts upto five years. The curriculum is designed to equip the students with practicals, theory and seminars which acts like a learning tool.

Placement Experience

Since it's a government owned institution, there is no placement cell here. The students can however, opt for a summer internship program after getting permission from the department head. The stipends depend on the company one is doing internship with.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course is full time and lasts for 5 years. The students with Ph.D program are given out stipends on a regular basis, so that they can carry out with the research projects well. The economically challenged are given fee waiver by the institution.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities act like a learning experience for all the students. Thus, they are arranged by the teachers on a timely basis. There are several leisure activities like sports and cultural festivals that are fun.

Admission

Eligibility depends on the students score in the following exams like GATE/ NET/ JRF/ National fellowship. Based on this the students will be called for a personal interview or an aptitude test. The enrollment depends on these two tests.

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Components like TCS google Microsoft Amazon samsung visited and about 7 to 8 lakh ruppee package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh ruppees. About 85 percent students getting placed. I want to do job in google.
