College Appraisal of SRC

It has not disappointed me as a college. There is not anything bad to say about the college since it lived up to my expectations. It provided the students with amazing facilities and even had the NCC and NSS club.

The course curriculum include laboratory sessions and the practical lectures covered the syllabus. The college had provided us with labs having up to date and good equipment for research work and application.

The college has a career guidance and placement cell that instructs and advises the students with which company to apply to and how to go about the process. There are counselors who are instructed to give career guidance to students.

The college students celebrate events in the college whenever it is time for festivities. They celebrate a lot of regional Indian festivals and other festivals too in the hostel and on campus with all pomp and glory.

The fee for the course per year was around 7000/- which is extremely affordable and cheap and did not create a burden on anyone. The fee could have been paid altogether since it was not expensive at all.

The college provides a lot of facilities to the students such as a multimedia hall, a sports centre, a library, high tech labs, gym, language lab, prayer hall, etc for the overall development and peace of mind of the students.

the college provides hostel accommodation to the students to live in. The college has 7 hostels namely Gayathri Hostel, Postgraduates?Hostel, Chamundi Hostel, Shymala Rajagopal Hostel, Old Staff Hostel, Kuppammal Doraisamy Hostel and New Staff Hostel.

The admission in the college is based on merit and the candidate has to get at least minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with PCMB compulsorily from a recognized university. If the candidate clears the eligibility criteria, you have to apply to the college and wait for the merit list.

The faculty of the college is quite understanding and friendly with the students. They are good at teaching heir subjects and have good command over grammar too. They are helpful and interactive with the students.
