Course Curriculum Overview
The course is well updated and The case-based method of teaching which helps us to see the applicability of concepts in real life. Basically, the course is a two-year duration with four semester-long. which provides a brief knowledge of Sahitya, Siddhanta aur Samalochna, Upanyaas: Swaroop aur Vikas, Adhunik Hindi Kavya, Natak aur Anya Gadya Vidhayen, Bhasha Vigyan aur Hindi Bhasha and Hindi Upanyaas 1 (Premchand).
Placement Experience
The college has placement cell and they have appointed a ?lacement Officer?who send an invitation to HR of industries/ companies/ organizations/ institutes along with relevant information for the campus placement. The placement cell announce the dates for the recruitment process in consultation with university authority and concerned HR of organizations by considering students availability.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is very feasible, The structure of fees are INR 1690 for Registration fees, S.I.M fee INR 1405, Exam Fee INR 605, Application form INR 20, Study Centre Fees INR 845. The college also provides Hostel and charge a fee of INR 4350. the college provide alot of facilities by charging just a little amount of fees. one departmental research fellowship for each PG department for the scholars pursuing Ph. D. Degree is provided by the university.
Campus Life
The college is very good at extracurricular activities. Every year many competitions such as the district youth festival viz One-act play, Skit, Folk dance, Group song, Mime, Debate, Street-play, Quiz and elocution in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages held at the university. the college also encourages so many schemes for the students like Earn & Learn Scheme, Remedial Coaching Classes, Work-On-Demand Scheme. the best thing about this college is we have a Ragging Prevention cell.
Admission
Admission procedure was very easy because after completing my B.A from Pune. I came to this college because my family stays here in Kolhapur. So, the college asked my important document such as Migration Certificates, Transfer Certificates, Duplicate Mark Sheets, Passing / Merit / Rank Certificates, Verification of Mark Sheet, Attestation, Transcripts. Then I had to wait for the merit list and when I found my name I got the admission.
Faculty
All the faculties are very well versed with their courses. The way they used to teach us, we always used to get good marks in the monthly exams. The faculties are always there at the study centre to clear the doubts of each and every student.
