Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very good. It helps us to enhance our managerial and social skills. It was a one year course. The curriculum was designed to impart the skills in practical manner and helps us to understand the working of the library management. Examinations are conducted at the end of the course.
Placement Experience
Our university provides high function career opportunities to its students. The placement cell contributes towards selection and placement of students in reputed organizations. Many companies come to visit our college every year for campus recruitment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees of the one year course was around 30000 rupees. We can pay the fees in two installment. As i was staying in hostel, i had to pay the hostel fees extra which was not included in the total fees. The fees was quite feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship facility was provided by our university. There are many scholarship like scholarship on basis of merit, Girl child Higher Education Promotion Scheme, special scholarship for Education promotion in specific regions, Scholarship for defence wards, Minority scholarship, physically handicapped scholarship etc.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are very good platform to show our talents. Our University organizes many activities like Art classes, social events, inter personal workshops, inter college competitions etc. We really get motivated by participating in the activities.
Admission
Admission in our university was based on the marks obtained in graduation. Students should passed their bachelor degree in library science from any stream with minimum 50 percent of marks. There was 5 percent relaxation of marks for economically backward classes.
Faculty
Teachers are very qualified and experienced. Most of the teachers have obtained doctorate degree. They have many years of experience in their particular field. They are very much efficient and flexible.
