Course Curriculum Overview

My course was for a period of 2 years holding a full-time post graduation degree. The course basically defines the management of employees in organization. The subjects studies under this course are Business Environment (BE), Human Resource Information System, Accounting and Finance etc.

Placement Experience

The college has a placement cell which trains us to be the best in our interviews by giving us one hour daily. It helps in personality development and communication skills which increases the job opportunities in big companies with high stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The Non-accredited grand total of my course fee was INR 70,000 including the tuition fees of 17500 which is paid each semester therefore, the grand total of each year is INR 35,000.The Accredited course fee is INR 20,500 per semester.

Campus Life

The college offers many extracurricular activities, fun events, cultural and technical events. The college has a 3000 Sq.ft sized conference hall which is fully air conditioned, a library with national and international journals apart from books, sports, transport, ,medical facilities, internet etc.

Admission

I got admission in this college by getting 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in my graduation in any discipline. The college offers a relaxation of 5% aggregate for SC/ST candidates. The online form is available on the website of the college.

The faculty of the college is really amazing and helpful. They are always for us in need regarding the doubts. The HOD of the college is really sweet and helps us in encouraging us to get a good position in our life.

Actually I am currently in seconnd semester right now, I am not sure about the eligiblity criteria for campus placements. But I gathered some informations about the placement process with the help of students who completed their degree here recently. Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.

The high advantage of PGDM is that you will be involved with a lot of practical sessions rather than classroom learning. Moreover, PGDM is offered only by institutes recognized by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) and TSM has been also awarded NBA and NAAC Accreditation. Pgdm is where you can build your soft skills and the curriculum is flexible and does not have to follow university standards and also can be changed by the institutes according to the industry requirements.
