The college is good including good faculty, infrastructure, accommodation, extra curricular etc.

Entrance Preview

To pursue BMS from Pillai college i hv got admission on the basis of my 12std marks 76%. Currently i am in TYBMS. I choose this college because of its good faculty, infrastructure, A grade, also its near to my house.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is divided into 6 semester. selection was on the basis of 12 marks. BMS- Bachelors in Management Studies is a full time bachelor course in management studies. The college is affiliated to Mumbai University.

Internships Opportunities

Till the date companies like wipro, mobisoft, spicejet, nokia has visited our college. With the average package of 15000 p.m. 1.8 Lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience

The college offer good placement opportunities. However the average package is 1.8 Lakh per annum for a bachelor graduate. But the college does not offer 100% placement.

College Events

The college celebrates its biggest festival alegria in the month of February. Along with various other fest from different departments like management dept.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is feasible its around 22000Rs (approx) for one year. Including infrastructure fee of 2000Rs + tuition fee, library fee, gym khana fee etc.The fee structure is different for every year.

I have know idea about the loan facility. However scholarship is provided to financially backward people.

The college conducts many extra - curricular activities like debate competition, essay competition, photography competition, various inter college fest like Alegria etc. Its also have well equipped computer labs, seminar hall where timely workshops r conducted, sports grounds etc.

Exam Structure

Regular exams, internal exams, performance test are conducted to evaluate student performance. parent teacher meetings r also conducted twice a year. Each year has 2 semester exam.

Faculty

The faculty was very good. all the teachers were very cooperative and friendly. The were always available to clear doubts even after lectures. They were very kind and gave the student right direction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I have a family business I have to know about the business and in bba there is good subject about business like marketing account and etc Because of some subject you get real life experience example business communication because of business communication you get know how to improve you communication skill and marketing and because of marketing subject you get to know how to improve you marketing skill The teaching method is good all the teachers clear the doubts but the major problem some teachers are not there to clear doubt that is the major problem The timings of exam is 9 to 11 And in internal papper there are 2 papper in one day the timings is 9 to 10 for 1 st papper and the second papper timing is 11to12

Placement Experience:

campus placements are really good better than most bba colleges , a student can get placed for around 4L-15L depending upon his gpa and other skills . Companies like pwc, deloitte , goldman sachs and larsen &turbo come in college for placements. Average CTC is around 6LPA where is highest package is around 15LPA. My plans after getting this degree is getting 2 years of work experience then go to abroad for my mba in finance field

The college is good option for those who loves fests.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the course alone can't prepare you for real world applications. It's important to learn some skills before getting into job market. The course is pretty theory based and doesn't have a practical approach. The only skill thing that college helps with is public speaking through presentations. The teaching methods are also very much traditional type. So it's better to learn some extra skills and get experience, that can help you get your ideal job.
