Course Curriculum Overview :

The course educational program is significantly drawn towards the parts of research in the territory of medication. The structure of the course is progressively useful in contrast and can bring millions of opportunities to the table for students.

Placement Experience :

Our college have a limited placements opportunities but in the course like Ph.D., there are millions of opportunities available for the students to apply in the government and private sector for jobs and internships and gain experience towards the same.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure for the course is very reasonable for every single student. The charges incorporate education costs, assessment expenses, and it costs me around 1lakh rs which is quite affordable according to the facilities.

Campus Life :

The college has a set of extracurricular exercises which workshops, seminars, inter-college competitions, sports activities, and more. We also celebrate various festivals and occasions in college and learn more about different cultures.

Admission :

The admission in Ph.D. requires having a master?s degree with average marks to enroll in the college. The college has reserved seats for the students also waive off some percentage fees for those students.

Faculty :

The professors in the college are specialists in the field and committed to their work. They hold 15+ work experience in the clinical field additionally they center around each student to improve their aptitudes and focus on their careers.

Placement Experience:

For BTech and MTech students there is ample opportunity for placements. They can easily get placed for high packages. For research scholars, I have not explored much of an opportunity but there is a lot of scope after completing the degree here.

IITM- How the top institute in NIRF really is.

Placement Experience:

Students with bachelor's and master's usually opt for placement. Students pursuing phd in physics don't usually go for a placement. It's a common thing in phd everywhere. Students usually opt for post foc positions abroad. So this question is not much relevant for PhD. If you consider all other degrees, the average package is 1500-2000k/ annum where the highest goes somewhere around 10M Indian rupees. Popular companies like Google, Amazon and Microsoft recruit students regularly. 100s of companies come for recruitment and Almost 100% of students get placed for bachelors, but you can say it's 0% in a PhD as they don't even sit in an interview. My plan is to go for a post-doc position, preferably in abroad as it gives higher value to a career.(that's strange but true)

Placement Experience:

They have arranged campus interviews in our college and they have sent us to other college campus interviews within that area. some famous companies like Amazon, Wipro, TCS, CTS, HCL, and some schools are coming for select teachers. After completing UG we can get some average package per month from these companies through this College.

Reality inside Vellalar College

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided for final UG and PG students and most of the companies are IT and small insurance companies and people from all department are placed. Most of them are for small jobs with a salary from 5000 - 15000. No proper training is provided for students. The real success rate of placement is questionable, but for simple jobs, you can opt it.

Remarks:

Worst management ever seen. They always look forward for money and not on future of students. They only need money even in this covid pandermic situation they look into collection of fees. The labs in our college are worst with no chemicals, the machinaries are not in working condition, no safety measures. Not even simple basic requirement for the lab. Even the class room are worst, no fan, light, its really hard to study in that class. We had given a lot of complaints to management and they are not interested in any of that

Review about my college

Admission:

Admission in a Ph.D. in microbiology is based on Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Bharathiar University and candidate may submit their applications for applying Ph.D., available on the University website. The duly filled in application along with necessary fee should be submitted through Bharathiar University and the second copy should be forwarded to the Institute. After the receipt of the applications Institute will interview the candidate. Admission is based on CET and interview score.

Placement Experience:

Placements mainly depend on the student’s performance. If you don’t do well in academics you might face challenges in the placement process, as many of our seniors are unemployed as such. So do take this point into consideration.
