I love to share my views about my college

I would definitely like to recommend this course to everybody who would like to do something for the society as this course gives us a different experience and different tyoe of learning and the faculties here are also very friendly. I am very fortunate to be a part of it.

As i mentioned it provides experiential learning so learning by seeing real scenario will help me to think more intuitively and i have seen development in my thinking which is not limited to books we learn by doing and seeing real life scenarios which helps us in learning from people's to how they live in different culture different places.

They provide 100% placement with an average package of 8.5 lakh per annum and we are in the 6th batch they all have got 100%placement and i have done my first internship with a well known ngo in udaipur called seva mandir which is working on two districts udaipur and rajsamand, we got a lot of experience fron there during our field stay.

They have a two day symposium which is celebrated on the foundation day of our college. In which they selected different relevant topics every year like women empowerment, gandhian vision of development and this year we had water as a topic as its the best topic as we have faced flood this year in patna. They invite different social workers across India who are working in these sectors to deliver their experience which again aad value in our knowledge and gives us new strategies for future.

Fee is not too expensive as they also provide scholarship upto 100% based on the markes we got in each term so most probably on an average a student did it pgdm in around 5 lakhs. Yes they provide transparency in fee breakdown as they provide us a well explained fee structure for our course. The only draw back is that we have three experiential learning internship which could be in any state of india so all the expenses we have to bear on our own that a drawback. And the mode of payment can be anything it could be in cash, dd, paytm or any online transaction or even education loan. Being a domicile of bihar i had an opportunity to get loan from drcc in which i got loan of 4 lakh on 1 % loan.

We don't have our own campus yet as its a bihar government initiative which started in 2014 and the main campus is under construction but we are living in a rented building. As in our two batches we have 70-30 ratio of boys and girls but still they all respect girls. Most of the students belong to rural areas which are not from very well doing families.

This course if fully residential so they had provided hostel. It is sharing as we are in double sharing with a fee of 1500 every month. They also provide full wifi and water supply also we have fully equipped rooms like (purifiers, geasers, collers) we do have seperate washrooms in every room and separate beds one godrej and one study desk. Cleaning is done every day by cleaning lady and it is fully cctv.

Our seniors are very helpful in both studies and even other things like cultural or internship whatever it is they are ready to helo in every manner at any time we share a healthy relation even if we meet our super senior they share their life experience and we got to learn a lot of things from them.

They provide knowledge of management in development sector which is need now a days. And the development course is for both rural and urban. They also provide field exposure with three different types of experiential learning so that provides 60%of theory and 40% of practical knowledge.

We have 10 lectures for the half credit course and 20 lectures for full credit courses in a term and they sometimes invite guest faculties from iim or irma or people who are working in different sectors which provides us better learning. All the Proffeser have experience for at least 3 4 years in iim or irma. They all are post graduate and earlier working in different sectors to. And they provide thier best knowledge and experience with us with the real life examples.
