Amalthea - Annual technical summit - It is a platform where engineers across the world can share their thoughts and exhibit their ideas. Started with an aim to Foster innovation and creative thinking among young engineers. It provides a bridge between industry and academia to connect and discuss about crucial technological projects. Blithchron - Annual cultural summit - It is a platform for Arts, music, dance, drama and sports lovers to come together an celebrate the festivity of each other's Art. Withing performances from some of the leading singers, bands and dancers from across the country.

Program fee for Btech civil engineering in 2017 was somewhere around Rs. 50000. Apart from this there is a mess fee and hostel fee of Rs. 15000. The fee is pretty much uniform for everybody apart from certain students who have secured scholarships. There is no external charges paid to secure the course and offers are rolled out purely on basis of merit.

The college provides enough scholarship opportunities for students. There is a special scholarship for Differently abled students. There is also a scholarship for students performing very well in academics or arts or extra-curriculars.

Campus life is very vibrant and dynamic. There is a continuous sense of progress and growth within the system with various technical and cultural events going in the college. The gender ratio is pretty much skewed with girls to boys ratio being somewhere around 1:5.

The hostels are centrally air-conditioned with all the required facilities like cafeteria, laundry facilities. The caretakers are highly co-operative, efficient and very helpful. The maintenance of hostels is done a regular basis.

Allumni network is still pretty nascent with the college being just a little over 10 years old. The network though small is pretty active and and our continually in touch with each other.

There is an initial screening exam called JEE Mains. The students who cleared the exam get a call for a second exam called JEE Advanced. Post which offers are rolled out to students based on their performance. The students are ranked based on the performance in the JEE Advanced test. They are free to opt for various courses and colleges. The student is offered the course in preferential order of his/her rank in the test.

An average of 80 lectures per course taken by the faculty. Average age of faculty is about forty years with most faculty having over fifteen years of teaching experience. The faculty is highly helpful and motivating. Many of them have exposure to global engineering practices and even have industrial experience, thus helping one secure good projects and internships in some of the leading institutes across the world.
