Remarks

The college is one among the few colleges that provide B.Sc Visual Communication course at a comparatively low tuition fees. They also provide you with facilities like a mini theatre, production equipments etc. Moreover, the syllabus of the course provides you with the space to experiment with your creativity.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is pretty much outdated and don't expect to learn anything from the faculties, they can also teach you for the exams, if you want to survive in the industry you need practical knowledge, for that you have to teach yourself. The main negative of the college is that it doesn't provide you with any practical industrial exposure.

The college has a dedicated placement cell which gives you an insight on the placement programs and trains you for the placement interviews. Although, the placement rate for visual communication department is not that high, there are always a few that get placed in good companies with attractive salary packages.

Being in the visual communication department, you can freely participate in all the inter college and intra college cultural events. The college actually conducts many events within the campus that has proved to be useful for all the departments.

The production lab has got equipments like camera, lens, lights, sound recorder etc however you need go through a lot of formalities to gain access to them. There is a recording studio in the campus which you can freely use. The Wi-Fi connectivity is poor.

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.

I found the course as important to gain something for the future works. Computer science provides us the detailed structure on what it is. They includes all the portion in 6 semesters. They provides us extra courses for learning. They also provides activities related to computer science for gaining extra knowledge.
