Entrance Preview

My score was Low during my HSSC, and Entrance. So I joined through Mnagement Quota.I took BE Mech, though my interest was to join Bio tech. I was Offered BE Mech.But That was Blessing in Disguize.

Internships Opportunities

There was no internship for BE.We went for few Industrial Visits to the companies like Ennore Foundry, Ashok Leyland, ICF etc. and Inplant Training in ICF and TVS.

Placement Experience

When I joined, during that time my college was very new. As I was First Batch of Mech dept to pass out. College Specific Placements for Core for relatively less. But They have organized for few Pool campus interiview.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I joined 2003-2007,The fees was as pert Govt Norms 25 K Govt Fees and other Charges Like Notes, Lab, Canteen Transportation all put together another 25 K. ( Canteen is Mandatory for Day scholars also, For Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks.) Total fees was 50 K /Year.

Exam Structure

In every Sem We use to have 3 periodic Cylce Test and One lab test. followed by the University Semister Exam.

Faculty

They are all OK and few Faculties were extremely Good. Specially who takes the general papers like Maths, Physics and Chemistry.Coming to department Specific. Most of the time we did self study and some doubts were clarified by concern faculties.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are allowed to attend the placement. Many companies are visiting our college for example cadens, mistral, tessolve, vvdn, and for software TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, HCL etc. The highest average pack for a student in our college is 12 lakh per annum.
